wonkee aims to support, encourage and endorse a broad and accessible approach to yoga and philosophy. disabled, neurodivergent, mad, sad and fat friends are welcomed and hopefully recognised here. it’s also for those who aren’t wonky or wobbly too - kind and careful practice benefits us all!
wonkee is an attempt to make yoga and soft practices more accessible to those who are often sidelined by european yoga culture. its ran solely by me, scottee, within my means, but with big ambition. i use open access tech and digital practices, accessible yoga methodology and socialist values to attempt to make a space that is more accessible, less scary and hopefully inviting. there are gaps - there is need for investment + new skills to fill those gaps - but I’m open to ways I can support your practice.
